Key responsabilities:

Validar procesos de calidad:

• Revisar que los proveedores entreguen documentación técnica (como APQP/PPAP) durante el lanzamiento de nuevos productos.

Gestionar datos y seguimiento:

• Llevar un tablero de control (dashboard) para verificar que los proveedores envíen toda la información requerida al sistema de la empresa.

Liderar reuniones y revisiones:

• Dirigir reuniones con proveedores para revisar la calidad de sus productos y resolver problemas.

Manejar excepciones:

• Administrar solicitudes de derogaciones de tolerancia (cuando un proveedor pide flexibilidad en las especificaciones técnicas - Bluepoint)

Escalar problemas:

• Decidir cuándo es necesario escalar (reportar a niveles superiores) un problema con un proveedor, según criterios de negocio.

• Experience in automotive areas of Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and/or Product Quality.

• Knowledge of APQP/PPAP & oot Cause Analysis methods

• Supplier Quality experience

• Statistical data analysis and metrology principles

• Knowledge of defect resolution, escalation processes and follow up

• Knowledge of metrology principles and understanding of Statistical analysis and process control

• Understanding of vehicle design, assembly, and process control

• Understanding of tooling and in plant processes
