Job Description
Job Title: ABA Recruiter
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote - South Africa
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and recruit qualified ABA professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and industry platforms.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical leadership to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Manage and update candidate tracking and recruitment databases efficiently.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top ABA talent in a competitive market.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Previous experience recruiting ABA professionals or within healthcare/behavioral health sectors preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely during US business hours.
