About the Role
Join an early-stage healthtech company as a full-cycle Account Executive selling an AI-powered behavioral health platform. You will help expand the sales motion and bring clinical technology to organizations that need it.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle with mid-market behavioral health organizations, from prospecting and pipeline development through closing deals ranging from $30,000 to over $1 million in annual contract value.
Build pipeline alongside an SDR and lead discovery with clinical, compliance, and finance stakeholders.
Travel approximately 30% of the time for conferences, industry events, partner meetings, and customer conversations.
Help develop and refine the sales motion, qualification standards, and playbooks as the commercial team grows.
Carry a monthly quota, with an expected ramp of approximately two months.
What We're Looking For
Five to ten years of experience in a hands-on, quota-carrying Account Executive or closing role, including recent experience owning deals.
A track record of hunting new logos and managing the full sales cycle, not solely account management, customer success, onboarding, or implementation.
Experience selling healthcare technology, clinical software, or related solutions to healthcare organizations.
Familiarity with EHR, RCM, or clinical documentation workflows, and experience engaging both clinical and finance leaders.
Experience at an early-stage startup or small company, including helping define sales processes and playbooks.
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools; familiarity with AI or clinical software is valuable.
Ability to travel approximately 30% and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125,000 to $150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
