This role is focused on driving strategic growth and deep customer engagement within the life sciences and bioprocessing ecosystem. You will manage key accounts across an assigned region, acting as a trusted advisor to customers involved in critical research and therapeutic development. The position blends commercial ownership with scientific understanding, requiring you to translate complex customer needs into tailored solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional technical and commercial teams to expand market share and strengthen long-term partnerships. This is a field-facing role where relationship-building, consultative selling, and strategic execution directly contribute to advancing life-changing scientific progress.
  • Accountabilities: Drive account growth and market share expansion through strategic territory planning, consultative selling, and execution of value-based sales approaches. Manage and grow relationships with key decision-makers across academic, government, diagnostic, and life sciences organizations. Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions leveraging a broad portfolio of bioprocessing and life sciences products. Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to design and support end-to-end customer solutions. Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, and agreements while balancing customer satisfaction and business objectives. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM tools such as Salesforce. Continuously identify new opportunities for product adoption and business expansion within assigned accounts. Requirements: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field. 5–6 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, academia, or government sales environments. Proven track record of managing complex accounts and achieving revenue growth targets. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders. Solid understanding of sales cycles, forecasting, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred and required). Strong ability to interpret scientific/technical concepts and communicate them in a customer-friendly manner. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
