In this role, you will support the delivery of advanced technology solutions for enterprise customers across a variety of industries. • Accountabilities: Deliver assigned technical tasks across the lifecycle of customer deployment and implementation projects Support installation, configuration, testing, and optimization of systems, applications, firmware, and related technologies Collaborate with technical leads and customer representatives to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction Contribute to solution design activities and assist in developing technical architectures aligned with client requirements Participate in technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings as needed Troubleshoot technical issues and assist in resolving product or deployment-related challenges Maintain project documentation, implementation records, and technical knowledge resources Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing forums and support continuous improvement initiatives across technical teams Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 3–5 years of experience in technical consulting, systems deployment, infrastructure support, or related technology environments Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, systems implementation, and deployment methodologies Ability to independently manage technical tasks within established project frameworks Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across hardware, software, or infrastructure environments Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders Familiarity with documentation practices, technical presentations, and implementation planning U.S. Citizenship required for this position Benefits: Remote/teleworker work flexibility across eligible U.S. locations Competitive salary ranging from $62,900 – $145,300 USD annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications Potential eligibility for additional variable incentive compensation Comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits for employees and eligible dependents Career development programs, training opportunities, and internal mobility support Inclusive and collaborative work culture focused on innovation and growth Access to professional communities, technical learning resources, and mentorship opportunities Supportive work-life balance initiatives and flexible work arrangements.
