This role sits at the heart of advertising operations, ensuring the accurate execution and placement of print and digital advertisements across a high-volume publishing environment. You will be responsible for managing advertising artwork from submission through to final publication, safeguarding both quality and revenue integrity. The position requires close coordination with internal teams such as production, editorial, and sales, as well as external advertisers and partners, ensuring seamless communication and flawless delivery. You will operate in a deadline-driven setting where precision, organization, and attention to detail are critical to success. This is a highly collaborative role that directly impacts advertising performance and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in ensuring that every advertisement is delivered accurately, on time, and to specification.
- Accountabilities: Manage the end-to-end processing of advertising artwork, ensuring timely submission, accuracy, and compliance with technical specifications. Coordinate with advertisers to ensure all print and digital assets are received by deadlines and meet required quality standards. Review, proof, and validate advertising materials before production to ensure correct placement, formatting, and content accuracy. Liaise with production and editorial teams to ensure accurate execution of ad placements across print and digital publications. Submit files for pre-flight checks and communicate corrections or adjustments to advertisers in a clear and timely manner. Monitor final proofs and digital staging links to ensure all advertisements are correctly displayed before publication. Support coordination with internal and external stakeholders to resolve production or scheduling issues efficiently. Maintain adherence to advertising guidelines and operational processes across assigned journal issues. Respond promptly and professionally to stakeholder queries, ensuring clear communication within defined turnaround times. Assist with ad-hoc projects, issue resolution, and operational improvements as assigned by leadership. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Communications, Publishing, or a related field. 1–3+ years of experience in advertising operations, publishing, production coordination, or a similar detail-oriented role. Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and validate high volumes of content accurately under tight deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients. Familiarity with digital and print publishing workflows is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in India. Proficiency with standard office tools and workflow systems (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar platforms).
