We are seeking a driven AI & Analytics Sales Manager to drive new business growth, build strategic client relationships, and help organizations unlock value through GenAI, AI/ML, and data-driven solutions.

Key Resposibilities:

  • Proactively develop new business by identifying, targeting, and converting new accounts. Build and manage a strong pipeline through strategic outreach, leveraging networks, insights, and tailored value propositions to engage senior stakeholders and drive opportunities from initial contact to qualification;
  • Act as a self-starter with a strong “hunter” mindset, taking full ownership of pipeline generation. Identify opportunities independently, drive early-stage engagement, and maintain momentum with resilience, accountability, and a focus on delivering against growth targets;
  • Promote our Agentic AI, ML and analytics offerings and help customer to generate value from their data. Identify and recommend how and where Qualco solutions can support clients in delivering high caliber services to their customers and achieve exceptional performance and experience. Helping turn data into insight and ultimately into actionable activities that make a measurable difference;
  • Manage and develop customer relationships with guidance from senior colleagues and/or manage an account team delivering day-to-day support, including coordination of all commercial aspects, such as invoicing, pricing, etc;
  • Proactively seek untapped opportunities around the rapidly evolving field of Generative AI and Agentic paradigms that move the needle, potentially disrupting established practices;
  • Develop and implement plans for complex customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers that enable effective engagement and resolution of issues. Manage ongoing relationships, ensure their needs are met and act as a thought leader, sharing expertise and challenge client thinking in order to promote value add services;
  • Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor standard materials to make presentations to decision makers and influencers within the customer organization; and ask relevant questions to gather information, to evaluate the customer's level of interest, and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation;
  • Use personal expertise to identify the complex standard products and/or services offered by the organization that meet the customer's needs. Establish how and where Qualco Agentic AI, ML and analytical products and solutions can deliver value and promote their use.  Present these to the customer with a clear rationale and standard commercial terms to gain the customer's agreement. Emphasize the value brought to the client and drive negotiations to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome;
  • Collaborate internally and work as the customer champion in cross-functional teams to build strong external customer relationships;
  • Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues;
  • Enter accurate customer information that has been gathered through research and/or through direct customer contact into the customer relationship management system, to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities and ensure that team members maintain up-to-date customer relationship management data, identifying and resolving issues;
  • Promote Qualco at industry events and develop a personal network within the sales territory;
  • Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to these standards;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

  • 2 years + experience within a similar role;
  • Understanding of GenAI, AI/ML, analytics and Data concepts;
  • Experience in value based/consultative selling;
  • Self-starter, motivated and entrepreneurial;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Positive and tenacious attitude with a passion for success;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
