The Mission
You will be the bridge between technical AI capabilities and our core business functions. Your goal is to leverage AI tools to streamline, automate, and scale our Legal, HR, Finance, and Research departments.

MindFriend is an international mental-health technology platform connecting psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists with clients globally through secure video consultations and digital services.
The Role
e are seeking an AI Operations & Automation Architect who can design and implement automation systems that allow our company to operate efficiently at scale.
This role requires someone who actively uses AI and automation tools to run business operations, not just someone who uses AI occasionally.
Key Responsibilities
• Use AI tools to assist with legal research, contract drafting, and compliance tasks
• Support accounting and financial documentation, reporting, and data organisation
• Assist with HR documentation, hiring processes, and internal policies
• Conduct business, legal, and market research
• Help implement AI systems and workflow automation across the company
• Organise company documents, filings, and operational processes
• Assist leadership with strategic projects and operational execution
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have practical experience with several of the following tools and technologies:

- Strong expertise in AI tools and automation platforms

- Background in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or irrelevant
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated experience using multiple AI tools across business functions
- Ability to independently research, test and implement new AI technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience applying AI in operational workflows such as legal, HR, finance, research or administration
- Highly organised and able to work independently
