- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Enablement Engineer based in India. This role is focused on designing and scaling enterprise-grade AI solutions that drive automation and productivity across global business functions. The engineer will work at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise systems, building intelligent agents and workflows using leading platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and the Anthropic Claude ecosystem. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge agentic AI patterns and real-world enterprise deployment challenges. You will collaborate with international teams to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions. The environment is fast-evolving, innovation-led, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on reusable frameworks and continuous improvement. - Accountabilities: Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Claude ecosystem tools Develop and implement agentic workflows and autonomous AI agents for business process automation Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs and scalable architectures Automate document processing, decision workflows, and operational tasks using AI capabilities Align AI solutions with Azure-based architecture and enterprise governance standards Build reusable components, frameworks, and scalable AI enablement assets Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver AI transformation initiatives Work within CI/CD pipelines to support testing, deployment, and continuous delivery Maintain clear documentation and continuously improve deployed solutions Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Proven experience working with Azure AI Foundry Exposure to Anthropic Claude ecosystem (Claude, Claude Code, Agents, CoWork) Solid understanding of agentic AI design patterns and implementation Experience in AI enablement, automation, or workflow transformation initiatives Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting (preferred) Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise platforms Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices Exposure to compliance, audit, or regulated workflow environments is a plus Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively in global, cross-functional teams Benefits Competitive salary package Clear and structured career growth opportunities Continuous learning, training, and professional development support Exposure to global clients and international AI transformation projects Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and automation technologies.
