Job Description
TuxCare is a global remote-first company. It offers a portfolio of security solutions for Linux and open-source software aimed at enterprise organizations. With TuxCare, enterprises can automate live vulnerability patching, minimize downtime, keep their applications secure and compliant, and get support from a team that knows Linux security best – covering the most popular Linux distributions, end-of-life systems, programming languages, and much more.

As our AI Transformation Coach, you'll work across teams and departments to help CloudLinux adopt AI-driven ways of working - practically, thoughtfully, and at a pace that builds lasting capability rather than just surface-level activity.
You'll draw on a background in Agile facilitation and coaching, but your remit is broader: you're helping teams redesign how they operate, not just run better ceremonies. You'll need to get up to speed quickly in new technical and organizational contexts, think clearly about systems and dynamics, and have both the patience to guide people through change and the drive to actually make it stick.
What You'll Do
AI Adoption and Process Transformation
- Work with teams to identify where AI tooling can meaningfully improve how they work — and design the processes to support sustainable adoption
- Help teams move from experimentation to genuine integration: from "we tried it once" to "this is how we now do this."
- Spot where AI adoption is creating new coordination gaps or process debt, and address them before they compound
- Work closely with leadership to translate the company's AI strategy into practical, team-level change
- Surface patterns across teams — what's working, what's breaking, what needs organizational attention — and bring the right people together to act
- Help the company build institutional knowledge around AI-driven ways of working, so that progress compounds rather than resets with every new initiative
Must-have
- Proven experience as an organizational change practitioner, working across multiple concurrent teams
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technical domains quickly and work credibly alongside engineering teams
- Experience designing and evolving team processes — not just facilitating them
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, AI-augmented testing, code review tooling, or similar) and a genuine understanding of how they change team dynamics
- Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Upper-intermediate English or above, written and spoken
Nice to have
- Background in software development, QA automation, or DevOps — you've been on a team building software, not just coaching one
- Experience in infrastructure, security, or open-source product environments
- Familiarity with Lean or DevOps principles
- Experience facilitating organizational change in a scaling, distributed company
