Job Description
- Solve business problems by applying daily AI (LLMs, no-code tools).
- Identify and prioritize use cases, prototype them, and bring them to a working state.
- Ensure the independent use of AI across business functions.
- Define, evaluate, and manage metrics for the effectiveness of daily AI implementation (P&L, customer metrics, employee performance, etc.).
- Drive the development of an internal AI community focused on business challenges.
- Monitor the AI tools market and integrate solutions to address business challenges.
Key qualifications
- Experience applying AI/LLM to solve real-world business problems (not research, but implementation and use).
- Hands-on experience with LLM and AI tools (prompting, orchestration, no/low-code, automation).
- Strong understanding of business metrics: P&L, unit economics, customer metrics, operational efficiency.
- Ability to independently identify use cases and bring solutions to a working state without involving development.
- Ability to quickly grasp new AI tools and apply them to specific tasks.
- Experience interacting with business stakeholders and implementing process changes.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks based on business impact.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- English language proficiency at B2+.
A plus:
- Experience building or developing an internal AI community.
- Basic understanding of data/DS (sufficient to assess limitations and risks).
