- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Alliances Director- AI Infrastructure based in United States. This is a high-impact alliances leadership role focused on expanding an AI infrastructure ecosystem through strategic technology partnerships. You’ll own a flagship relationship with NVIDIA while developing a broader portfolio of silicon, OEM, and infrastructure alliances. The role blends technical business development, executive relationship management, commercial strategy, and go-to-market execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to turn partner relationships into integrations, customer solutions, and revenue. Your work will influence product roadmap priorities, partnership agreements, co-selling strategies, and major commercial opportunities. You’ll operate with significant autonomy in a fast-moving AI and open-source environment where strategic judgment and execution are highly valued. Success will be measured by ecosystem growth, partner engagement, technical adoption, pipeline creation, and direct and influenced revenue.
- Accountabilities Own the strategy and end-to-end relationship with NVIDIA, strengthening executive engagement, maintaining momentum, and expanding joint AI initiatives. Build and manage strategic alliances across silicon, hardware, OEM, and AI infrastructure ecosystems. Design and execute technical integration programs connecting the AI platform with partner technologies, providing market and partner insight that helps shape product roadmap priorities. Develop and launch joint go-to-market initiatives that generate direct and influenced revenue, expand customer engagement, and increase partner-sourced opportunities. Act as the primary business owner for strategic partnerships, coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to deliver shared customer and commercial outcomes. Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, OEM arrangements, co-investment structures, and other strategic business-development opportunities. Manage multiple concurrent partnerships while establishing clear priorities, milestones, ownership, and accountability. Monitor partnership health, executive engagement, initiative velocity, pipeline contribution, conversion, revenue impact, and customer adoption, providing actionable reporting to leadership. Identify and structure high-value commercial opportunities, including large-scale revenue deals with OEMs and silicon partners. Requirements Current, trusted engagement with NVIDIA, including strong knowledge of its technology stack and established relationships across relevant product and partnership teams. 10+ years of experience building and managing strategic technology partnerships or alliances within enterprise software, AI infrastructure, hardware, or related technology ecosystems. Proven success generating direct and influenced revenue through partner relationships, including complex business-development or corporate-development transactions. Experience designing and executing technical integration programs and joint go-to-market initiatives with major enterprise technology partners. Demonstrated ability to manage several strategic partnerships simultaneously and drive initiatives from strategy through execution. Strong experience negotiating partnership agreements, business terms, OEM deals, and co-investment structures. Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build alignment across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership. Experience managing relationships with silicon or hardware ecosystem companies such as NVIDIA, Dell, ARM, or comparable organizations is highly desirable. Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, open-source technologies, and how technical integrations enable enterprise AI workflows. Experience building and owning end-to-end alliance programs in high-growth startups or established technology companies is a strong advantage. Strong executive presence, commercial judgment, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Benefits Base salary: $175,500–$254,000 annually across U.S. locations, with individual compensation determined by location, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
