We are seeking a detail-oriented TMP Designer to join D2B. This remote role focuses on preparing accurate Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) in line with New Zealand standards. All communication will go through the Team Leader or Senior Planner. The role involves producing high-quality TMP drawings, ensuring compliance with NZTA/Waka Kotahi guidelines, and supporting safe traffic management solutions. Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and experience with NZ traffic management standards are required.

Position: TMP Designer

Salary: PHP 95,000/month (flexible for more experienced candidates)

Working Hours & Conditions: NZ business hours; Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH time; full-time (remote)

Holidays: TBD


Responsibilities:

    • Prepare accurate Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) in line with New Zealand standards
    • Ensure all plans comply with NZTA/Waka Kotahi and local council requirements
    • Support safe and efficient traffic management solutions for projects of varying scale
    • Review project requirements and produce clear, detailed TMP drawings
    • Collaborate with Team Leader/Senior Planner to address queries and follow instructions
    • Maintain organized records of plans and revisions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in NZ traffic management planning
  • Strong drafting skills (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software)
  • Solid understanding of NZ traffic management principles and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Good communication and ability to follow instructions precisely
