Appointment Setter – Legal Services (SDR, Outbound Outreach, CRM) – Remote | U.S. Hours

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote

About the Role

We’re hiring a highly motivated Appointment Setter to engage attorneys and law firms, qualify their interest, and schedule high-quality discovery calls for the sales team.

This role is focused on:

  • Starting conversations with professionals
  • Handling objections confidently
  • Following up consistently over time
  • Turning interest into booked meetings

If you’re persistent, organized, and comfortable speaking with decision-makers, this role gives you direct impact on pipeline growth.

What You’ll Own

Lead Outreach & Prospect Engagement

  • Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys and legal professionals
  • Introduce services and initiate meaningful conversations
  • Ask targeted questions to:
    • Understand needs
    • Qualify interest
  • Navigate gatekeepers and connect with decision-makers
  • Build rapport with professional, high-value prospects

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team
  • Ensure prospects are:
    • Properly informed
    • Prepared for meetings
  • Manage calendars and coordinate availability
  • Maintain clear communication on next steps

Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing

  • Execute consistent follow-up sequences
  • Keep prospects engaged across longer sales cycles
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Continue outreach until:
    • A meeting is booked, or
    • A clear decision is reached

CRM & Lead Management

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as:
    • HubSpot
    • Salesforce
  • Track:
    • Outreach activity
    • Lead status
    • Appointments
  • Ensure all communication is properly documented
  • Maintain clean, structured pipeline data

  • Consistent flow of qualified booked meetings
  • High follow-up discipline (no missed opportunities)
  • Strong appointment show-up rates
