- Come build the future of entertainment with us. Are you interested in shaping the future of movies and television? Do you want to define the next generation of how and what Amazon customers are watching? Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies - all with the ease of finding what they love to watch in one place. Our operations team ensures that millions of customers across the globe receive visually compelling, culturally appropriate, and linguistically accurate content experiences by reviewing and refining AI-generated artwork for publishing on Prime Video. In this role, you will be the quality gatekeeper for AI-generated creative assets across multiple languages - ensuring every piece of artwork, text, and imagery that reaches our customers meets Prime Video's high bar for accuracy, cultural relevance, and visual appeal. You will combine creative expertise with a detail-oriented mindset to review, edit, and improve content while collaborating on the development of AI tools that drive operational efficiency. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and localization - and who is passionate about delivering a world-class viewing experience to a global audience. Key job responsibilities - Review AI-generated artwork — including subtitles and dubbed audio embedded in the image, to identify errors in image quality, such as: title placement, aesthetics, translation accuracy, and cultural appropriateness. - Review metadata and other references to the video content to help you understand the intent of the artwork. - Apply your creative skills to edit and refine images in accordance with established guidelines. - Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of AI tools to be used in the operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and input user stories to improve our tools and processes. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. - Provide guidance and training to team members on quality review processes, sharing your expertise in localization and content standards. About the team We are a brand new operations team within Prime Video, dedicated to ensuring that every piece of artwork displayed on the platform is compliant with our guidelines and standards, visually appealing, and compelling enough to drive customers to engage with Prime Video content. Operating at the intersection of AI technology and creative quality, our team reviews and edits artwork related to Prime Video content across multiple languages and territories. As a growing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape processes from the ground up, influence the development of AI-powered tools, and directly impact how millions of global customers experience Prime Video's content catalog. If you're excited by the idea of joining a team in its early stages, where your contributions will be highly visible and your voice will help define how we operate, this is the place for you.
