  • Accountabilities: Guide customers through health insurance plan selection by providing consultative support and personalized recommendations over the phone. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and sales performance metrics. Educate beneficiaries on available healthcare coverage options and ancillary products to ensure informed purchasing decisions. Navigate multiple systems and digital tools efficiently while documenting customer interactions accurately and compliantly. Participate in paid training programs, licensing preparation, and ongoing coaching initiatives to maintain product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Meet or exceed established productivity, quality, and sales targets during the enrollment season. Maintain compliance with insurance regulations, licensing requirements, and company standards for customer interactions and data security. Requirements: Ability to obtain a resident state health insurance license or possession of an active health insurance license. Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center operations, or a strong interest in developing a sales career. Strong communication, listening, and consultative advising skills. Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with performance goals and monitored calls. Solid technical proficiency with the ability to multitask across multiple applications and systems simultaneously. Highly coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strong integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and extended hours during peak enrollment periods. Ability to successfully complete required background and credit checks for insurance licensing compliance.
