You will help define and operationalize experience strategy, ensuring that digital touchpoints are intuitive, personalized, and aligned with institutional goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams in enrollment, marketing automation, product, and data, you will translate insights into actionable experience improvements. The role is highly collaborative and focuses on improving performance through continuous testing, research, and analytics. You will also play a key role in supporting AI-driven and personalization initiatives, ensuring they remain grounded in real user behavior. This is a strategic, hands-on role where experience design meets operational execution and measurable impact.
  • Accountabilities: Partner with enrollment, marketing, product, and data teams to translate business needs into user-centered digital experience strategies across web, CRM, and enrollment journeys Map, optimize, and continuously improve end-to-end user journeys, identifying friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for engagement and conversion improvement Lead cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions to support ideation, prioritization, and execution of digital experience initiatives Support the integration of new digital products and AI-driven initiatives by ensuring user journeys are measurable, coherent, and optimized for performance Develop insights from behavioral data, UX research, and competitive analysis to inform experience strategy and improvement opportunities Collaborate on personalization strategies, ensuring alignment with user lifecycle stages, intent signals, and institutional goals Contribute to reporting frameworks and KPI tracking for digital experience performance, in partnership with UX leadership and analytics teams Requirements This role requires a strong blend of experience strategy, data fluency, and cross-functional leadership within digital ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience shaping user journeys, working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, and translating insights into scalable experience improvements. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as this role influences outcomes across product, marketing, enrollment, and engineering teams without direct ownership of build execution. Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, marketing, or related field 7+ years of experience in digital experience, UX strategy, personalization, product strategy, or innovation roles Experience working closely with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and understanding lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and triggers Strong ability to define KPIs and use tools such as GA4 or behavioral analytics platforms to drive decisions Experience with journey mapping, human-centered design, and experience optimization across complex digital ecosystems Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles Proven ability to collaborate across UX, product, marketing automation, enrollment, IT, and data teams Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations Experience or exposure to AI-driven personalization or digital experience optimization initiatives Benefits Competitive salary range: $78,496 – $105,974 annually Remote-first work environment within the United States Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement and financial wellness benefits Paid time off and holidays, supporting work-life balance Professional development and learning opportunities Access to tools, platforms, and initiatives supporting innovation in digital experience and AI-driven transformation Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on education and impact.
