This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and commercially minded professional to help shape shopper and category strategies within a fast-paced consumer products environment. In this role, you will partner closely with Category Management and Sales teams to uncover actionable insights that influence business decisions and strengthen retailer relationships. You’ll work with a variety of syndicated and retailer data sources to identify trends, shopper behaviors, and market opportunities while helping optimize reporting processes and analytical tools. The position offers strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration, storytelling through data, and strategic business support. - Accountabilities: Deliver timely and actionable shopper and category insights to support Category Management and Sales initiatives. Analyze internal, retailer, and syndicated data sources to identify trends, opportunities, and shopper behavior patterns. Support business decision-making through reporting, analytics, and insight-driven storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop presentations, retailer deliverables, and strategic recommendations. Assist with shopper insights and category management projects by contributing analysis, reporting, and synthesis of findings. Identify anomalies and emerging trends within datasets and communicate key implications to stakeholders. Improve reporting efficiency by supporting automation, standardization, and optimization initiatives across analytics tools and platforms. Contribute to a collaborative and continuous improvement culture by sharing knowledge and supporting team initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Shopper Insights, Consumer Insights, Category Management, Analytics, or a related CPG environment. Experience working with syndicated data platforms such as Nielsen, Circana/IRI, Symphony, or similar sources. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear business recommendations. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism. Demonstrated curiosity, problem-solving ability, customer-centric mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement. Benefits: Remote work opportunity with flexibility and autonomy.
