Backend Developer (.NET)

99Bright Minds is looking for a Backend Developer to design and build secure, scalable .NET Core microservices and APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices architecture
• Develop RESTful APIs using .NET Core, with API versioning and documentation
• Build secure authentication and authorization systems
• Implement dependency injection patterns
• Optimize application performance, error logging and monitoring
• Implement caching and distributed caching strategies
• Design real-time messaging systems and pub/sub patterns for service communication
• Handle message queuing and processing
• Design and optimize SQL databases, write efficient queries and tune performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• 5–6 years of experience as a Backend Application Developer
• Strong .NET Core and C#
• SQL Server
• Microservices architecture and REST API development
• Redis pub/sub patterns
• FHIR standards
• Familiarity with Azure services (Data Factory, Functions, Logic Apps)
• Azure DevOps or Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
• Application and API security, including API design and OWASP
