- Responsibilities: Assist federal employees, retirees, and military personnel with plan enrollment, account setup, general plan questions, and site navigation—all from home. This short-term seasonal role is a great way to get started with Working Solutions, with the highest call volume during open enrollment (November 9 – December 14).
