We are seeking Bilingual Mental Health Experts to support an AI training project. You’ll apply your expertise in psychology or psychiatry to evaluate AI-generated content, improve psychological accuracy, and ensure culturally and ethically appropriate responses. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy and ethical standards.

• Review and develop psychological case studies, assessments, and conversations.

• Provide written and verbal feedback on clinical and therapeutic scenarios.

• Identify biases, inaccuracies, and cultural concerns in AI outputs.

• Support multidisciplinary teams with psychological expertise.

• Ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate content.

• Contribute to documentation and AI training guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology or MD with completed Psychiatry residency.

• Native proficiency in French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian, plus advanced English.

• Experience in clinical practice, research, or higher education.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Understanding of cultural and ethical considerations in mental health.

• Interdisciplinary or technology-related experience is a plus.
