- You will represent Japan and participate in and oversee group reviews of all customer contractual and purchase documents including at global level. You will hear variety of global examples while you will have opportunity to share yours with your global peers. You need to coordinate internal stakeholders, mainly to facilitate legal and operational activities for contract/agreement negotiation, and support the competitive bid process in reviewing RFPs by using your knowledge and expertise. You will maintain contract records/files and manage, track, and ensure adherence to all contractual obligations to maintain all the stakeholders to be compliant. And finally, you will analyze the situation, customers’ requirement, be creative to design and propose your ideas on contractual scheme to realize both AWS and customers’ goal. Key job responsibilities - Contract governance education, advisement & training - Pre/post-award deal support (compliance ID, solution dev, tracking) - Contract execution & ongoing compliance management - Contract operations & day-to-day sales support - Partner/Solution Provider program support (tentative) A day in the life Our team participates in both internal and external meetings to ensure our customers have the best possible cloud adoption experience. By understanding the rights and obligations under each contract and clarifying ownership and action items internally, we consistently ensure compliance adherence through diligent follow-up. Basic Qualifications
- - Experience in cross-organizational collaboration and project management within the company - Proven ability to analyze data and deliver data-driven proposals and recommendations - Experience in contract execution support and review of rights and obligations - Business level English and Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
