Monthly Rate: $2150
Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

- Build and maintain prospect lists of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, fund of funds, and institutional investors
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, WhatsApp, and referrals
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the founder
- Monitor inbound interest, including email opens, website visits, and other buying signals, and follow up promptly
- Manage and update CRM records throughout the sales process
- Research prospective investors and personalize outreach strategies
- Support ongoing capital raise initiatives and maintain a healthy outreach pipeline
- Assist with business development activities for Savannah Global, including outreach for managed IT services
- Help execute marketing initiatives such as webinars, white papers, social media campaigns, and advertising as processes are developed
- Continuously improve outreach workflows and recommend process improvements
Good to have:
- SDR or fundraising experience
- Experience engaging with executives, investors, or high-net-worth individuals
- Warm, engaging, and personable communication style
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus
- Creative problem-solver with strong decision-making skills
- Able to work East Coast business hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and capable of working independently
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Strong experience in outbound sales and business development
- Experience using Zoho CRM
- Comfortable working in Slack
Industry/Tools Experience:
