Responsibilities:

• analyze and redesign AR processes within the agreed process governance framework, in line with market best practices;
• benchmark process solutions externally (e.g. SSC peers, ABSL, market standards), building awareness of relevant market tools and recommending the most suitable KPIs to measure process effectively;
• deliver measurable and sustainable improvements in efficiency, quality, controls, and KPIs;
• communicate progress, results, and value clearly to management and senior stakeholders;
• serve as a point of contact and trusted partner for Operations, IT, and Business stakeholders;
• lead change execution and user adoption; project management (scope, planning, delivery, and benefits tracking);
• scope standardization and harmonization (alignment to Target Model) in collaboration with Process Owners and operational teams;
• identify, assess, and prioritize automation and AI use cases across processes (RPA, AI, agents) and translate opportunities into practical solutions with IT and digital teams;
• conduct process and data analysis, root-cause investigations and capacity assessments to identify and quantify improvement opportunities;
• facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders, challenge existing practices and drive decisions.

Requirements:

• min. 5 years of experience in process improvement, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, transformation or consulting (or equivalent), including at least 3 years of relevant AR process experience within international, SSC or GBS environments;
• professional English proficiency at C1 level;
• strong E2E understanding of AR processes and supporting systems;
• proven experience in process improvement and identification of automation use cases using structured improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent);
• proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional operational projects independently, from problem identification through implementation and sustained benefits realization;
• hands-on interest and practical exposure to automation and AI (RPA, AI tools, agents) with demonstrated ability to apply them to business problems;
• ability to challenge the status quo and drive cross-functional change and stakeholder adoption;
• ability to work independently and maintain high standards of work;
• ability to convey complex information in a clear and simple way;

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
