  • Document data dictionaries, metric definitions, and source-to-target mappings.

Dashboard Development & Analytics

  • Design intuitive, interactive, and visually compelling dashboards in Power BI and QuickSight.
  • Build robust data models, calculated measures, and row-level security (RLS) features.
  • Optimize dashboard performance to ensure fast load times for end-users.
  • Migrate or replicate reports across AWS and Azure environments when necessary.

Data Governance & Collaboration

  • Validate data accuracy and consistency across all published reports.
  • Document dashboard metadata, metric definitions, and data lineage within Atlan to ensure unified data governance.
  • Train business users on how to navigate dashboards and interpret data insights.
  • Partner with data engineers to optimize underlying data structures and pipelines.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Data Modeling: Solid understanding of star schemas, snowflake schemas, and normalization.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to dissect vague requests into structured logic.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to explain data to non-technical peers.
  • Detail-Oriented: Obsessive focus on data accuracy and formatting consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics) or Microsoft (e.g., PL-300).
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses like Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.
