We are now looking for a Business Manager who wants to help grow our business, build long-term client relationships, and create successful consultant engagements.

In this role, you will work closely with both clients and consultants. You'll drive the dialogue from the first introduction to signed agreements, identify and match the right talent to client needs, and ensure a great experience throughout the entire journey.

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys creating new business opportunities and building networks.

• Takes initiative and isn't afraid to open new doors.

• Is a strong relationship builder who creates trust naturally.

• Thrives in a role that combines sales, consulting, and people.

• Has an interest in technology, recruitment, or the consulting industry.

Previous experience in sales, consulting, staffing, or recruitment is a plus, but what matters most is your drive, curiosity, and ambition to succeed.
