  • We're looking for a Channel Team Lead to join Amazon's Last Mile team and help us deliver excellence to millions of customers. In this role, you'll manage EDSP operations, support the Channel team with performance management, and drive operational plans to exceed delivery goals. Key job responsibilities -IHS Channel & EDSP Station Operations Management: Own end-to-end operations for HUB Operations and External Delivery Service Partner (EDSP) stations in assigned territory. Drive operational excellence to delivery performance targets across both HUB and EDSP stations. -Capacity Planning & Peak Readiness: Partner with EDSP station operators to identify and resolve capacity constraints. Develop and execute peak season readiness plans to ensure stations scale operations and maintain performance during high-volume periods. Monitor capacity utilization and implement solutions to prevent bottlenecks. -Account Acquisition & Growth: Identify and onboard new IHS stores through market mapping and targeted acquisition. Build strategic account plans that deliver mutual growth for channel partners and Amazon. Conduct regular field visits to strengthen partnerships and enable business expansion. -Performance Management & Reporting: Publish data-driven performance reports on HUB and EDSP station operations. Identify performance gaps, recommend solutions, and implement action plans to exceed goals. Monitor key metrics to improve customer experience. -Training & Enablement: Deliver training on Amazon processes, products, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to HUBs and EDSP partners. -Team Leadership: Build and manage multi-layer teams through coaching and mentoring. Set clear expectations, drive associates to meet targets, and develop talent through on-the-job learning. -Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal teams, HUB owners, and EDSP station operators. Handle operational escalations and maintain clear communication to ensure seamless delivery operations. Available to resolve critical issues as needed. -Operational Excellence: Work with channel partners to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. Drive engagement initiatives to increase retention and business growth across HUBs and EDSP networks. A day in the life Communication Skills: Clear communicator who explains objectives to individuals and teams, ensuring alignment with Delivery stations/Amazon goals. Active Listening: Gathers input and secures commitment from all stakeholders involved in delivering their specific responsibilities. Customer Service Excellence: Engages team in understanding customer experience and translating customer needs/expectations into actionable insights. High Ownership: Demonstrates strong follow-through to ensure timely delivery of changes, solutions, and services that meet customer requirements.
