Lead and develop the global commercial organization across SDR/BDR, Account Executive, Partnerships, Customer Success, Performance Marketing, and Content Marketing functions. Define, own, and execute a written go-to-market strategy covering target markets, commercial positioning, and the coordination of sales, marketing, BDR/SDR, and customer success activities. Develop and manage sales strategies, pipeline performance, sales cycles, and enterprise SaaS distribution initiatives. Build capacity models connecting AE, BDR, and marketing resources to revenue targets. Deliver reliable quarterly and annual forecasts based on real performance data and measurable commercial indicators. Use sales analytics, pipeline data, meetings, and conversion metrics to guide commercial decisions and identify areas for improvement. Work directly with Account Executives and key accounts to address pipeline challenges, resolve issues, and improve deal execution when forecasts or performance fall short. Establish clear accountability across the organization while maintaining a fast, proactive operating cadence. Develop strong industry expertise across utilities, rail, telecommunications, infrastructure, and comparable enterprise markets. Represent the organization credibly in C-level customer conversations, industry events, and public-facing engagements. Identify and launch new commercial initiatives, including opportunities to incorporate AI at scale into the go-to-market engine. Own the commercial hiring strategy, recruiting processes, onboarding systems, and performance management practices required to build and retain a high-performing team. Requirements The ideal candidate combines extensive B2B enterprise sales leadership with strong analytical capabilities, international team-building experience, and a proven ability to design and execute scalable go-to-market strategies. 10+ years of experience in B2B sales management. Strong experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions with add-on service offerings. Additional experience in B2B marketing and partnership-driven sales. Experience leading sales organizations that sell multiple products into heavy-industry markets simultaneously. Proven success building and scaling international sales, marketing, and customer success organizations. Strong analytical skills and experience establishing and using sales analytics frameworks. Demonstrated ability to create and execute GTM strategies across sales, marketing, and BDR/SDR functions, with clear target-market and competitive-positioning decisions. Numbers-driven leadership style, including demonstrated forecasting accuracy and experience designing and operating capacity models. Ability to translate pipeline, meeting, and conversion data into clear, actionable business decisions. Hands-on approach to CRM management, key deals, pipeline development, and cross-functional issue resolution. Deep enterprise industry credibility in utilities, rail, telecommunications, infrastructure, or comparable markets. Strong executive communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with C-level customers and stakeholders. Demonstrated urgency, proactivity, and ability to make clear decisions in a fast-moving environment. Proven ability to build and retain high-performing commercial organizations through structured hiring, effective onboarding, and strong performance management. Benefits Competitive compensation. Participation in an employee stock option program. Significant influence over the sales strategy and broader commercial direction. Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a multinational market leader in an emerging industry. Flat organizational structure with short, open communication channels. Positive, collaborative culture with a strong focus on team spirit and shared ambition. High degree of autonomy, ownership, and responsibility. Flexible home-office arrangements and working hours.
