Job Description
Job Title: Client Service Associate
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: US Hours (9am - 5pm EST)
Salary: Paid in South African Rands (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and support
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up
- Support onboarding, account management, and ongoing client success initiatives
- Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records, workflows, and project updates across company platforms
- Assist with outreach, scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks as needed
- Utilize automation and workflow tools to improve efficiency and scalability
- Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, software, and emerging technologies
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes
- Previous experience in SDR, Account Management, Customer Success, Recruiting, or similar client-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Experience with the following platforms and tools is highly preferred:
