This role sits at the heart of a strategic supply chain transformation agenda, focusing on driving competitiveness, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across end-to-end value chains. You will lead and support high-impact transformation initiatives that span product portfolio, manufacturing, logistics, and procurement. • Accountabilities: In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting supply chain competitiveness and transformation initiatives, ensuring structured execution and value delivery across projects. Lead or support end-to-end transformation projects focused on improving supply chain competitiveness, cost efficiency, and operational performance Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems (e.g., ERP and planning tools) to build robust datasets for modelling and decision-making Develop and maintain supply chain cost models covering raw materials, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, freight, and pricing structures Support initiatives linked to product cost competitiveness, operational cost optimization, industrialization, and broader transformation agendas Drive data-led insights to enable network optimization and improved financial and operational decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution Track project progress, manage risks and interdependencies, and support governance reporting and value delivery monitoring Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong experience in supply chain transformation, data-driven analysis, and structured project management within complex industrial or FMCG environments.
