We are seeking a resourceful Construction Project Manager who combines strong construction management expertise with hands-on experience using AI and automation to improve project delivery. In this remote role, you will oversee construction schedules, budgets, contractor coordination, and project reporting while identifying opportunities to make operations faster and more efficient. You will use AI-assisted coding and no-code platforms to build practical tools, dashboards, and automated workflows that solve real construction challenges. Working closely with architecture, procurement, and construction teams across India and the United States, you will help maintain project visibility, reduce administrative bottlenecks, and improve decision-making. - Accountabilities: Construction Project Planning and Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects. Ensure activities remain aligned with project objectives, timelines, and financial expectations. Contractor and Stakeholder Coordination: Manage communication and coordination with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Requirements: Professional Experience: 3–7 years of experience in construction project management, project controls, construction planning, or a related field. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred. Construction Management Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, project controls, contractor coordination, and progress monitoring. U.S. Residential Construction Experience: Previous experience working on residential construction projects in the United States is essential. AI and Automation Skills: Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or Replit to develop prototypes, automate tasks, or build practical internal solutions. No-Code Development: Familiarity with automation and no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, and Airtable, with the ability to create workflows that improve project management and reporting efficiency. Demonstrable Projects: Ability to share examples of tools, dashboards, automations, or workflows you have built. Practical evidence of using technology to solve real operational problems is particularly valuable. Spreadsheet and Project Management Tools: Strong Google Sheets skills are required. Familiarity with construction and project management platforms such as ClickUp, Procore, Microsoft Project, or Primavera is an advantage. Project Reporting and Data Management: Ability to maintain accurate project information, monitor performance indicators, prepare clear reports, and use structured data to support informed decisions.
