Position Summary:
The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Analyst supports Q2IMPACT on an infrastructure evaluation. They will support data collection, analysis, reporting, coordinating stakeholder engagement, recruitment and collaboration. The position collaborates closely with the evaluation team to contribute to evaluation activities.

- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, research methods, public policy, international relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, data management, or a related area.
- Basic knowledge of MEL principles.
- Experience with data collection including Key Informant Interview.
- Experience with qualitative analysis approaches and report writing
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exposure to foreign assistance projects or related fields.
- Ability to present data visually using charts or dashboards.
- Knowledge of USG (Department of State, Development Finance Corporation, Department of Defense) M&E reporting requirements.
