Hands-on experience with Beeline, particularly administrative configuration, distribution lists, job posting templates, job catalogs, and activity management. Ability to manage KPIs and SLAs, analyze performance data, identify root causes, ensure reporting accuracy, and develop actionable improvement plans. Experience resolving invoice discrepancies, understanding rejection reasons, and coordinating billing corrections within an MSP environment. Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office, internet-based applications, and vendor management systems (VMS). Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, suppliers, candidates, and internal teams. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret workforce data, assess candidate suitability, and translate insights into practical recommendations. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, demonstrate initiative, make sound decisions, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven environment. Bachelor's degree or certification in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Benefits: Annual salary: $51,300–$68,400, depending on experience and geographic location. Comprehensive benefits package tailored to employees' professional and personal well-being. Access to resources and programs supporting employee health and overall well-being. Opportunities for professional development and career growth within workforce management and staffing solutions. Remote work arrangement within the United States. Inclusive and collaborative working environment that values diversity, integrity, and professional contributions.
