This is a high-impact contract recruitment role focused on scaling teams across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East during a period of rapid growth. You will own full-cycle hiring across creative, technical, and non-technical functions, partnering closely with global hiring managers and leadership teams. The role is designed for a modern, AI-native recruiter who treats sourcing as a product and builds smarter, faster, and more automated hiring workflows. You will go beyond traditional channels to uncover exceptional talent across unconventional platforms and global networks. Success in this role means delivering high-quality hires at speed while continuously improving sourcing strategies and candidate engagement. You will also play a key role in shaping a best-in-class candidate experience and strengthening hiring outcomes across multiple markets.
- Accountabilities: Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels, including intake, sourcing, interviewing coordination, and offer management. Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools, automation, and non-traditional talent channels to identify high-quality candidates. Build and optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and automation systems to improve efficiency and time-to-hire. Craft and deliver personalized, high-conversion outreach tailored to different candidate profiles and roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and ensure structured, high-signal interview processes. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as funnel performance, source effectiveness, and hiring velocity to drive continuous improvement. Ensure a strong, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in global, fast-scaling startup or SaaS environments. Proven ability to hire across technical, creative, and business functions up to senior levels. Strong AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using LLMs and sourcing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, hireEZ, Clay, Apollo, or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to build automation, workflows, or tooling to improve recruiting efficiency. Strong sourcing instincts with experience finding talent beyond LinkedIn, including GitHub, Kaggle, open-source communities, newsletters, and social platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization. Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and a focus on measurable hiring outcomes. Fluent English and familiarity with talent markets across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
