We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Croatian Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria to join a dynamic customer support team in Sofia. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert support to customers via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian, maintaining the highest standards of the Customer Support Services industry.

• Document customer interactions accurately within our internal CRM systems to maintain comprehensive account history.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows and contribute to the company’s service performance metrics.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide precise and helpful information to all users.
• Participate in team briefings and training sessions designed to enhance your performance for the monthly performance bonus.
• Act as a primary cultural and linguistic bridge for Croatian-speaking clients navigating our support platforms.

• Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international corporate environment.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit allowing employment in Bulgaria.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving within the Customer Support Services sector.
