• Accountabilities: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering tailored benefit solutions through virtual consultations. Conduct virtual meetings with clients to assess needs and present appropriate coverage options Build long-term relationships with members of unions, associations, and partner groups Clearly explain life, accident, and supplemental health products in an accessible way Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups Manage your schedule effectively to meet activity and performance expectations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from presentation to enrollment Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
