Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative

We are hiring Customer Service and Inside Sales Representatives for a moving company. Customer service and inside sales are the same role here. Representatives handle customer inquiries about moving requests that come in through the website, phone, email, and chat, and do entry-level sales.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), remote contractor position. The target start date is around the first of the year (Q1 2027). Clear English and a good personality are the most important requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about moving requests that come in through the website
• Handle customer calls, emails, and chat messages
• Do entry-level sales with customers
• Follow company procedures and reach out for help when needed

• Good personality

• A good computer and a strong internet connection
