In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers, helping them with product inquiries, technical assistance, and after-sales service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Danish-speaking customers' questions and concerns about electronic products via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting guidance, and product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with product updates, new technologies, and company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer support processes.

  • Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
