As a representative, you will assist clients in Danish, helping them navigate the company’s innovative AI solutions and addressing their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding AI products, technology solutions, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
- Provide clear and accurate information about product features, benefits, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist customers with account management, software installations, and any technical issues they may encounter.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels and fostering positive relationships.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and technology to provide comprehensive support.
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or AI sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on addressing client inquiries and challenges.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
