Key Responsibilities

- Assist in resolving inquiries, managing orders, or supporting sales processes, depending on specific role assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in company systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Continuously update knowledge about products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information.
- Fluent in Danish (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and standard computer applications.
- Motivation and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation expenses paid.
