Data Administrator

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Data Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

Role overview

Remote Recruitment places South African talent with UK employers, and this is a full-time, 100% remote position working UK business hours. In this role, you will own the accuracy of a UK company's data, from entry to clean-up. You will join a friendly team, work with clear processes, and have the support you need to do your best work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update records accurately in company systems
• Clean and de-duplicate spreadsheets and databases
• Run simple reports and checks each week
• Flag data errors and follow them up
• Document data rules for the team

What you'll need

• Experience in data entry or data administration, with examples of high accuracy
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including filters and lookups
• Familiarity with a CRM or database tool
• A reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace
• Availability for 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
• Familiarity with Airtable
• Experience with simple pivot tables
