- Accountabilities Source, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships. Lead deal execution from start to finish, including developing investment theses, financial modeling, diligence, and documentation review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to assess targets, conduct market research, and analyze competitive landscapes. Support post-close integration and high-priority initiatives to expand product capabilities and accelerate growth. Build and maintain relationships with industry players, emerging startups, and investors to stay ahead of market trends. Provide insights and recommendations that guide strategic decision-making and enhance organizational growth. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, finance, or a similar role with live M&A transaction exposure. Strong understanding of business models, valuation methodologies (DCF, multiples, unit economics), and M&A financial modeling. Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations. High attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills. Deep curiosity about technology, SaaS, and AI-driven business trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts for varied audiences.
