  • Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end delivery execution for complex enterprise engagements, ensuring successful outcomes across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholders. Drive delivery excellence by overseeing contractual commitments, project quality, client satisfaction, and operational alignment from kickoff through completion. Facilitate discovery sessions, value stream mapping, and strategic planning workshops to identify organizational bottlenecks and transformation opportunities. Partner with clients to co-create scalable delivery strategies aligned with modernization initiatives, business priorities, and AI transformation goals. Champion AI-first delivery methodologies by integrating AI tools and automation practices into engineering workflows, delivery pipelines, and operational processes. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by providing guidance on delivery strategy, organizational change management, risk mitigation, and engineering best practices. Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships while proactively managing communication, expectations, and engagement health. Deliver regular executive updates, stakeholder reports, risk assessments, and progress reviews to ensure transparency and alignment across leadership teams. Manage delivery governance processes including RAID tracking, engagement health metrics, customer satisfaction indicators, resource forecasting, and invoicing oversight. Support business growth initiatives by contributing to pre-sales efforts, identifying expansion opportunities, and helping shape statements of work and delivery strategies. Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and a healthy team culture. Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development support to engineers and delivery professionals through structured reviews and ongoing mentorship. Contribute to internal innovation initiatives, delivery frameworks, operational best practices, and organizational knowledge-sharing programs. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in senior delivery leadership roles managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs. Proven track record as the accountable delivery leader for complex, multi-workstream engagements involving technology modernization and organizational change. Strong experience leading enterprise DevOps, cloud transformation, CI/CD, and software modernization initiatives within large organizations. Demonstrated expertise facilitating value stream mapping, discovery workshops, and strategic transformation planning sessions. Deep understanding of modern engineering ecosystems including cloud-native platforms, observability, DevOps practices, and application modernization. Practical experience implementing AI-enabled workflows and integrating AI tools into engineering and delivery operations. Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executive leadership on AI transformation strategies and organizational readiness. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills with experience overseeing cross-functional engineering and delivery teams. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and risk management capabilities in fast-paced enterprise environments. Experience managing engagement operations including resource planning, forecasting, contract oversight, invoicing, and delivery governance. Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and influence across technical and business teams. Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship requirements.
