Job Description

We are seeking skilled Digital Artists to contribute their creative and technical expertise to a project focused on evaluating and improving AI-generated images.

In this role, you will use your artistic knowledge and visual analysis skills to assess AI-generated images, identify inconsistencies, and provide detailed feedback. Your work will help train and enhance next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong digital art, photography, and image editing backgrounds who excel at visual evaluation, detailed critique, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Upload original digital artwork or photographs according to the provided project specifications.

2. Conduct side-by-side evaluations of original artwork and AI-generated images, documenting all visible differences and deviations.

3. Identify and describe issues related to anatomy, color, lighting, perspective, texture, and fine details.

4. Detect common AI-generated artifacts, including distorted anatomy, smeared or broken textures, inconsistent shadows, and irregular reflections or text.

5. Provide concise and technically accurate written feedback using industry-standard visual terminology, referencing specific areas within images.

6. Conduct thorough and systematic reviews, prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail over speed.

7. Collaborate with project coordinators and other contributors to ensure consistent and comprehensive image assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Must be located in the United States and have valid authorization to work as a contractor within the country.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital art, retouching, compositing, 3D rendering, graphic design, color grading, photography, or a related field.

3. A portfolio showcasing original creative work.

4. Proficiency in image editing and creation tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Procreate, Blender, or similar platforms.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in descriptive and technical visual terminology.

6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle visual differences and AI-generated image artifacts.

7. Basic understanding of AI image-generation processes and common limitations. Experience with tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or Flux is an advantage.

8. Previous experience in image evaluation, data annotation, or quality assurance for creative or technical projects is preferred.
