Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Digital Trust and Safety Agent fluent in Spanish to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a paid relocation package. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy online environment by monitoring and managing content and user interactions across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and monitor user-generated content for compliance with community standards and safety policies.
- Investigate reports of harmful or inappropriate content and take appropriate action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety protocols and support regulatory compliance.
- Generate detailed reports on safety incidents and trends to guide decision-making.
- Stay informed about the latest threats and best practices in digital trust and safety to proactively protect users.
- Communicate effectively with users to promote adherence to safety guidelines.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Prior experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex safety issues.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing digital safety risks.
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital safety tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with paid relocation assistance provided.
