In this role, you will lead the orchestration of complex engineering programs that support large-scale, AI-driven digital products used globally. You will act as a key driver of alignment between engineering, product, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence across multiple initiatives. The position requires a strong ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, translating vision into structured program plans and measurable outcomes. You will help scale processes that improve engineering efficiency, predictability, and impact in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment. This is a highly collaborative role where influence, communication, and systems thinking are essential. You will contribute directly to shaping how engineering execution supports long-term product and platform growth.
• Accountabilities: Lead and drive end-to-end engineering program management across multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and business teams. Establish governance, execution frameworks, and program structures that improve delivery predictability, transparency, and operational efficiency. Coordinate planning cycles, dependency management, and prioritization across distributed engineering teams. Track program milestones, risks, and outcomes while proactively identifying and resolving execution blockers. Enable data-driven decision-making by defining KPIs, reporting cadences, and program health dashboards. Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable engineering roadmaps. Continuously improve program management practices, tools, and cross-team collaboration models. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical program management, or related roles in large-scale software or technology environments. Proven experience managing complex, multi-team engineering programs in global, fast-paced organizations. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering processes, and agile methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders. Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with experience defining KPIs and operational metrics. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity. Experience working in distributed or international engineering environments is highly desirable.
