- Accountabilities: Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Own and manage all topline financial planning activities, including revenue, bookings, ARR, and billings, supporting commercial functions Drive annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and comprehensive financial planning processes Deliver detailed performance reporting, including variance analysis and insights across key SaaS metrics such as churn, backlog, and revenue growth Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to provide strategic guidance on business decisions, pricing, and commercial terms Oversee commission planning and forecasting, collaborating with Revenue Operations on plan design and quota setting Build and maintain financial models, reporting packages, and dashboards using FP&A tools and CRM/ERP systems Develop business cases to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in financial operations Requirements: 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or finance leadership roles within B2B technology or SaaS environments Strong expertise in SaaS metrics, including ARR, bookings, churn, and revenue forecasting Proven experience managing and developing finance teams in fast-growing organizations Deep understanding of sales operations, commission structures, and commercial finance strategy Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Experience with FP&A platforms (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive) and CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus Familiarity with US GAAP and revenue recognition standards (ASC606) is an advantage Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset Benefits: Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and impact Comprehensive health and wellness coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans Professional development budget to support continuous learning and career growth Dedicated wellness days and company-wide wellness initiatives Lifestyle spending account for personal well-being and flexibility Employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and contributions Inclusive, collaborative work environment with a strong focus on culture and engagement Opportunities for career advancement within a growing, high-performance organization
