You will be responsible for strengthening the adoption and impact of key education programs across diverse global markets by working closely with schools, universities, ministries, and education networks. Acting as a strategic advisor and relationship builder, you will help stakeholders make data-informed decisions that improve student outcomes and access to higher education opportunities. The position requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, cultural awareness, and stakeholder management in complex international environments. You will collaborate with internal teams to align global strategy, share market insights, and support program growth.   • Accountabilities: Develop and execute regional and market-specific strategies for Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and the UK in alignment with global education goals Manage and grow partnerships with schools, universities, ministries of education, and education networks to expand program adoption Conduct account planning, business reviews, and pipeline management to ensure sustainable growth across assigned markets Analyze market trends and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and partnership development Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs for K–12 and higher education stakeholders Collaborate with internal regional teams to support program implementation, expansion, and cross-market alignment Promote awareness and recognition of educational programs among higher education institutions in target regions Manage CRM systems (such as Salesforce) to track performance, opportunities, and strategic initiatives Lead or contribute to regional and cross-functional projects as assigned Requirements: 8+ years of progressive experience in international education, education partnerships, or related fields Strong understanding of global education systems, ideally with experience in assessment, curriculum, or student achievement initiatives Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in education institutions or government organizations Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, research, and market insights into actionable strategies Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to diverse audiences such as educators, policymakers, and executives Experience or willingness to manage in-person events, workshops, and public speaking engagements Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Proficiency with digital tools, including CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT Willingness and ability to travel internationally (25–30%) U.S. residency and citizenship with valid passport for international travel Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from 80,000 to 130,000 USD, based on experience and location Mission-driven work focused on expanding global education access and opportunity Comprehensive and transparent compensation structure aligned with market equity Remote-first work environment within the United States Opportunities for international travel (25–30%) Exposure to global education systems and high-impact institutional partnerships Professional development opportunities and continuous learning culture Collaborative, cross-functional team environment with strong mission alignment Participation in meaningful, large-scale educational initiatives with global reach.
