- Webinars
- Channel and customer co-marketing events
What You’ll Do
Strategy, Pipeline & Budget

- Own the global events and field marketing budget across multiple currencies, including vendor selection and negotiation.
- Partner with our local EMEA marketing team on localized execution, retaining ownership of EMEA events and field strategy and budget.
- Stay current on events and field marketing best practices and shifts in the market and adjust strategy and tactics to stay effective.
Flagship Events & Trade Shows
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of our annual customer conferences, including LISTEN in North America and EMEA.
- Lead the cross-functional effort behind each flagship event, working with marketing, sales, customer success, and product stakeholders on content and every element of a great event experience.
- Own our trade show and industry conference program from selection through post-event follow-up.
- Manage all event logistics and operations, and ensure booth design, event content, and promotion reflect our brand standards and differentiate us.
Regional Field Marketing & ABM
- Partner with sales leadership to develop semi-annual regional field marketing programs in North America and EMEA, tied to incremental pipeline and pipeline acceleration targets.
- Integrate events, field programs, and swag and gifting into broader account-based marketing (ABM) campaign sequences.
- Develop an integrated attendance plan for each event and lead its execution.
- Partner with demand generation, BDR, and sales teams on pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up.
Customer & Partner Programs

Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop a small events team as a player-coach, setting direction while staying hands-on in execution.
- Build strong relationships with sales and customer success leadership and the core executive leadership team.
- Use AI tools to multiply the impact of a small team, for example in account and attendee research, personalized invitations and follow-up, event planning documents, and post-event analysis, and build these practices into the team’s playbook.
