About the Company
Collective Residential is leading a new era in property management through technology, innovation, and growth. We are seeking a highly operational, systems-oriented leader to build and scale a best-in-class recruiting and onboarding infrastructure across our platform. The Director of Recruiting & Onboarding Operations will be responsible for designing, standardizing, and optimizing the end-to-end hiring and onboarding experience across multiple companies and employee segments. This role serves as a player/coach.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement standardized recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Build scalable workflows, playbooks, and SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey and improve candidate experience.
- Optimize ATS and HR systems, including integrations with key platforms.
- Develop and track recruiting KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Use data, automation, and AI to improve processes and decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive execution.
- Support implementation, change management, and adoption of new tools and processes.
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for harder-to-fill, executive-level, or other roles as needed to cover higher-volume periods.
- 8–12+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or talent systems roles.
- Strong experience with ATS platforms (preferred Workable) and HRIS systems (preferred Prism).
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting and onboarding processes; you will be expected to design the onboarding process and manage all related technical setup.
- Experience managing or implementing system integrations and workflows across platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Experience working in multi-entity, multi-location, or high-growth environments.
- Ability to train and mentor recruiters, ensuring consistent performance, best practices adoption, and continuous skill development across the team.
- Ability to work EST hours consistently
